How to use Pourfect epoxy systems or HydroCast?

Does Pourfect Art resin meet safety standards?

Yes, totally! Pourfect has been evaluated by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)and has been designated non-toxic when used as directed and safe for home use. It is a big deal and so so important foe every resin artist to check for the brand that they're using.

What is my resin mix is not curing?

Please ensure that you are measuring Part A and Part B correctly and mixing them in the ratio as specified on the bottles. Mix them well and then pour.

How long does it take to process an order?

We usually process and dispatch the order within 24-48 working hours. Working hours does not include Sundays and any public holidays in the state as well as the nation.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once the order is dispatched, it can take anywhere between 3-7 working days for the parcel to reach you depending on the delivery code and number of working days in between. Note that this is for domestic orders, that is, within India.

How will I know if my order is shipped?

Once picked up from our facility, you will receive an SMS as well as e-mail with your order tracking details. You can use the tracking number to find out the status of your order.

Is there a COD (cash on delivery) option?


Just that discount code WELCOME10 does not apply if the payment mode is COD.

What do I do if amount is deducted from my bank but the website says payment failed?

This might have happened due to some technical error. It will be resolved by the payment gateway who will transfer the payment back to your bank account within 7 working days.
