SHIPMENT  POLICY

All orders are processed with in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order received before Sunday will be processed and prepared for shipping the same day. The typical delivery time is 1 to 7 days. Exact delivery time varies with shipping providers and distance among other factors.

If we are experiencing volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will however inform you in case of any delay caused due to volume. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return. Once we receive the item, the balance amount will be credited back to your preferred payment option.

The balance amount will be credited back (2-3 working days) to your preferred payment option. 

 

All the returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping-Related Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or encounters any issues related to shipping, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. To initiate a return due to shipping-related damages or issues, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team via email at [contact@pourfect.in] with a detailed description of the issue. Include photos of the damaged product and the packaging to help us understand the extent of the damage.
Wait for a return authorization from our team. We will provide instructions on how and where to return the product.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include all items that were in the original package.
Ship the product back to us following the instructions provided. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

Please be aware that returns are subject to the following conditions:

-Products must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and any accompanying materials.
-The decision to accept a return and issue a refund lies solely with Pourfect. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine whether the product was damaged during shipping or if the damage resulted from other circumstances.
-Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow a reasonable time frame for the refund to be processed.
